United Mechanical provides complete mechanical services, including but not limited to:

• Design Build
  • United Mechanical has a fully staffed design/build/bid/assist team. When we prepare budgets or conceptual estimating, we typically lay out a conceptual design and perform a hard takeoff to the greatest extent possible. We are experts at helping the owner and construction team target and resolve budget issues while achieving the criteria and specifications desired. We perform full BIM services, clash detection services in Navisworks, and design in 3D Autocad and Revit.
• LEED
  • United Mechanical has successfully performed several LEED projects with multiple LEED accredited professionals on staff. Further, all of our project managers along with other staff members have been trained with GREEN ADVANTAGE.
• Metal Fabrication
  • We utilize a full coil line for up to 1,000,000 pounds of sheet metal fabrication annually and a separate piping fabrication shop. Our metal fabrication provides us with quality control over our products, and the ability to perform emergency and fast track installations without relying on outside resources.
• Warehouse Inventory
  • We stock over $1,000,000 in inventoried pipe, valves, fittings, plumbing, HVAC supplies. Our storage capabilities for high-volume purchases yield material discounts for cost savings and provide a prompt and effective response to emergency repair situations.
